Seventy-Five Millimetres Of Blue, Drawn As A Line
Two blues banded across a shallow Pyrenees strip on Dover White, a piece 151mm long and 75mm high, bought by the unit to be laid as a continuous band, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Half-height borders are a different proposition from square ones. They read as a drawn line rather than as a course of tiling, which is why they sit so well under a cornice, above a bath, or as the finish to a half-tiled wall where a full square band would sit heavily.
Light Blue and Dark Blue run through the strip together, the paler tone carrying the field of the band and the darker one ruling it. Dover White warms the ground so the pairing never turns clinical. Each piece is 151mm long and 75mm high on a nine millimetre body, showing 0.0113m² of matt ceramic. The supplier boxes ten of them. Along a wall, 6.6 pieces make up each linear metre.

When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a white flexible compound. Joint in a soft grey close to the Dover White and no darker than a light grey; a strong colour in the grout competes with a band this shallow.
- Layout: There is no purpose-made corner in this design, so plan the mitres first. Cut and dry-fit a complete return before committing any of the straight run to adhesive.
- Cleaning: Mild detergent in warm water. Avoid abrasives, which scuff a matt glaze and show up along a narrow band more than they would across a floor. Sealer goes on twice — before the grouting, then again once the residue has been taken off.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
