A designer geometric porcelain by Neisha Crosland, in a soft neutral Portland stone tone, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
From Neisha Crosland's Tulia collection for Fired Earth, Molly Portland renders the symmetrical, looping motif in the softest of neutral grey-beiges. It is a wonderfully versatile decorative tile - pattern enough to lift a scheme, in a colour that flatters warm and cool palettes alike.
Printed on a durable porcelain body with a soft eggshell finish, the 20 x 20cm tiles are hard-wearing and versatile - specified for internal walls and floors, showers and over underfloor heating. Being porcelain, they need no sealing and wipe clean with ease.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a quality flexible adhesive. A soft stone-toned grout keeps the pattern gentle and cohesive.
- Layout Options: Align tiles so the looping motif runs continuously; a 3mm joint keeps the pattern reading cleanly.
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with warm water and a mild cleaner. Porcelain needs no sealing.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
