From Neisha Crosland's Atlas collection for Fired Earth, Star Anise Sahara draws its architectural and botanical motifs across warm, sandy neutrals lifted by hand-applied gold leaf. Set on a natural terracotta body and finished with a lustrous glaze, every tile carries the depth, subtle variation and characterful crazing of a true artisan piece.
At a generous 19.4 x 19.4cm the tiles create a softly gilded decorative surface for walls, kitchens and light-traffic floors. As a natural, glazed terracotta the tiles should be sealed to protect the surface and ease cleaning.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a quality flexible adhesive. Seal the tiles before and after grouting to protect the glaze, gold leaf and terracotta body.
- Layout Options: Expect natural variation and fine crazing tile to tile; shuffle from several boxes as you lay to blend the effect.
- Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh acids or bleach on the glazed terracotta surface.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
