- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible porcelain tile adhesive. A white adhesive is recommended to maintain the clean brilliance of the off-white porcelain.
- Grout: We recommend a 2mm grout joint. Use a light silver or white grout to maintain the subtle and serene appearance of the Matt finish.
- Cleaning: Maintain the Matt surface with warm soapy water and a microfibre mop. Porcelain is non-porous and highly resistant to stains, making it exceptionally easy to maintain.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
