- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible porcelain tile adhesive. For large-format floor installations, ensure 100% bed coverage to ensure a permanent and robust bond.
- Grout: We recommend a 2mm grout joint. A white or very light silver-grey grout will maintain the luminous feel of the Calacatta finish.
- Cleaning: Maintain the porcelain with warm soapy water and a microfibre mop. Porcelain is highly resistant to stains, making it an incredibly low-maintenance choice.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
