Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this tile on the floor?

Yes. This 20x120cm plank format is constructed from highly durable 9mm rectified porcelain, making it perfectly suited for high-traffic floors across your home, as well as on your walls.

What does the Jurupa Master design look like?

It features an incredibly realistic wood effect that beautifully replicates natural timber. The Master colourway offers a welcoming mix of beige and biscuit tones with enough contrast to create definition in the graining effect.

Do these porcelain wood-effect tiles need to be sealed?

No. While they beautifully mimic the look of natural wood treated with oils, they are made from modern glazed porcelain. This means the surface is completely non-porous, highly stain-resistant, and does not require any sealing, sanding, or oiling.

Are they suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?

Absolutely. Their completely waterproof porcelain construction makes them an ideal choice for bathrooms and kitchens where natural wood would warp or sustain water damage.

Can they be used with underfloor heating?

Yes. Porcelain is an excellent conductor of heat, making these tiles a perfect choice for installation over underfloor heating systems. They are far more thermally efficient than real wood.

Installation & Care Tips

Installation & care

  • Suitability: This highly durable 9mm porcelain plank is fully rated for both Walls and Floors. It is completely frost-resistant and suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
  • Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible cement-based adhesive. To maintain a highly authentic timber look, we recommend using a complementary warm beige or light biscuit grout that blends seamlessly with the tile edges.
  • Maintenance: Unlike natural timber or engineered boards, this glazed porcelain tile is completely non-porous. It does not require sealing, oiling, or waxing, and can be easily cleaned with standard floor detergents, offering virtually zero maintenance.
