Product story

Discover the timeless beauty of natural limestone flooring with this exclusive collection, inspired by Marble Hill, one of London’s finest historic houses. Built in the 1720s in the Palladian style on the banks of the Thames, Marble Hill’s elegant interiors set the tone for this stunning range of luxury limestone floors. Perfect for adding a touch of history and sophistication to your home, these floors combine durability, style, and classic charm.

In partnership with English Heritage, We have crafted a premium collection of genuine limestone flooring, designed to reflect the elegance of historic properties. Each stone is available in three versatile formats: 400mm x 400mm Square, 500mm x Random Flag, and 400mm x 400mm Octagon with insert, offering options for both formal and casual spaces. These designs are inspired by the historic sites cared for by English Heritage, making them ideal for both traditional homes and modern interiors.

Our limestone floors are carefully selected for their exceptional quality and character, ensuring they stand the test of time. Hand-finished with diamond brushing, the stones have enhanced durability and a distinctive aged appearance, creating a luxurious, lived-in look. Perfect for kitchens, hallways, dining rooms, or any interior space, this natural stone flooring delivers timeless elegance and a sense of historical grandeur.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

How many tiles will I need?

Measure the area you're tiling in square metres, then multiply by the tiles-per-m² figure shown in the specification for your chosen size. We always recommend ordering around 10% extra for cuts and wastage — a little more for diagonal or patterned layouts. If you'd like it checked, our Ascot team is happy to work it through with you on 01344 620211.

Can limestone tiles be used on floors as well as walls?

Yes — natural limestone is suitable for both interior walls and floors and wears beautifully over time. It's a popular choice for hallways, kitchens and living spaces, where its soft, natural tones bring warmth and a timeless, characterful finish.

Do I need to seal limestone tiles?

Yes. Limestone is a natural, porous stone and should be sealed with a quality impregnating sealer before grouting and periodically thereafter. Sealing is especially important with limestone to guard against staining and water marks, and we're happy to recommend a suitable product for your installation.

Is limestone suitable for bathrooms and wet areas?

It is — limestone works well in bathrooms and wet areas once properly sealed and maintained. As limestone is sensitive to acids, we'd recommend avoiding acidic or abrasive cleaners and wiping up spills promptly to keep the surface looking its best.
