- Crackle Glaze Care: The beautiful crazed effect means these tiles require sealing before fixing, and again after grouting. The crackle effect will continue to develop over time; resealing periodically is recommended.
- Wet Areas: While suitable for wet and dry walls, the manufacturer strongly advises against using crackle glazed tiles in power showers, steam rooms, or saunas where high pressure or extreme moisture is present.
- Grout Recommendation: We suggest using a light grey or white grout to maintain the sophisticated, seamless appearance of the Dunwich finish. Test your grout on a spare, sealed tile first to ensure it does not bleed into the crackle lines.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
