Suitability & installation

Where can this tile be used?

Suitable for floors. It is also listed for outdoor use; confirm the substrate, drainage and fixing system for the exact project.

What is the material and finish?

Material: Ceramic. Finish: Matt. Natural variation, glaze and texture can look different under room lighting, so order a sample where available.

The current catalogue data lists this product as suitable with underfloor heating. The heating system, substrate, movement joints and adhesive still need to be specified correctly for the installation.

Is it suitable outside and is it frost resistant?

Outdoor/external use is included in the current catalogue data. A frost rating is not stated here; confirm it before specifying the tile for exposed external conditions.

Product story

Nine Tiles That Only Make Sense Together

Disraeli comes as a set of nine in blue, a panel of 457mm square that resolves into one motif when the last piece goes down, bought as a complete set from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.

Nine pieces give a motif a scale that a single tile cannot reach. The drawing crosses eight joints before it finishes, so the panel wants a position where it can be seen whole, at the head of a hall or in the centre of a plain field rather than pushed under furniture.

The set is vitrified ceramic, 9mm, matt, with the blue running through each piece rather than sitting on a glaze. Exterior floors are permitted, so a set-piece of this kind can just as easily anchor a porch or a paved threshold as an interior floor.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Installation & Care Tips

Installation & care

  • Setting Out: Square the nine pieces to each other before anything else and lay them as a unit, because a set a fraction out of true spoils the motif from every angle.
  • Adhesive & Grout: Flexible cement-based adhesive with real attention to levels across the panel; lippage inside a set-piece catches the light and the eye together.
  • Sealing & Cleaning: Nothing here is glazed, so seal the panel once laid and dry, then clean with a neutral product and never anything acidic.
PLAN IT ONCE. KEEP IT TOGETHER.
