Unlike fragile raw clay, it is produced in high-grade porcelain, so it never needs sealing or waxing and will not stain, flake or crack.

Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a flexible cement-based adhesive suitable for porcelain. A wider 3–5mm grout joint enhances the rustic, hand-laid character of a traditional clay floor.
Layout Options: Lay in a straight grid for a clean, modern look or a staggered brick bond for country charm, shuffling tiles from several boxes to blend the natural tonal variation.
Cleaning: Unlike real terracotta, this is glazed porcelain — non-porous, stain-resistant and requiring no sealing or waxing. Simply sweep and mop.

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

• Low hanging trees and bridges.

• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

• Unfinished tracks and roads.

• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

• Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders
