Warm Neutrals for Rooms That Never Shout
Taupe on an off-white ground gives the Cotehele rosette a gentle reading, close enough in tone that the pattern emerges gradually rather than announcing itself, and it is sold as a single square from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
This is the version to choose when a floor has to co-operate with oak, brass and stone rather than compete with them. Up close the drawing is fully detailed; from across the room it resolves into texture. Bathrooms and kitchens with a lot of natural material in them tend to suit it particularly well.
Porcelain at 298 x 298 x 8mm, matt-faced, straight-edged. Surface area of one piece is 0.0888m². Boxes contain six tiles. Original Style state coverage at 11.11 tiles per square metre. Since exterior use is approved on walls and floors, the pattern can be carried out of a garden room and onto the paving.

For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Bed the tiles on flexible cement-based adhesive and joint them in a warm-toned flexible grout; outdoors, the whole build-up must be exterior grade.
- Layout: Dry-lay a two-by-two block first. Taupe on chalk is subtle enough that the repeat can be missed on paper but reads clearly once four tiles sit together.
- Cleaning: Two rounds of sealer are called for by the manufacturer — one in advance of jointing, one after the haze left by grouting has been taken off. Neutral floor cleaner only from there on. Grit brought in on shoes is what wears any matt surface, so sweep before washing rather than after.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
