Colchester is built from five colours, White, Holkham Dune, Old London, Regency Bath and Brown, and every one of them belongs to the same quiet natural family. Order the five tones from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Nothing in this floor shouts. Holkham Dune and Regency Bath supply the sand and stone, Old London adds weathered grey, brown gives the depth and white keeps the whole from closing in. Five tones this closely related read as texture rather than as pattern.
Each colour is carried in the clay body itself, in matt vitrified ceramic 9mm thick. Unglazed and specified for exterior as well as interior floors, a naturally toned scheme like this sits particularly well against real stone paving and brickwork outside.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Setting Out: Dry-lay a generous area, because with five close neutrals the distribution matters far more than the individual repeat.
- Adhesive & Grout: Flexible adhesive across a level bed, with a grout lifted from Holkham Dune so the joints join the palette instead of interrupting it.
- Sealing & Cleaning: Seal after laying and drying, since none of these are glazed; then keep strictly to pH-neutral cleaning to protect the pale tones.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
