⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing: This is a porous natural limestone. It must be sealed with Stain Block or Stone Shield before and after grouting to prevent permanent marking and moisture ingress.
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible, white tile adhesive specifically formulated for natural stone to prevent shadowing or staining through the surface.
- Grout: We recommend a 3-5mm grout joint to complement the flagstone aesthetic. A neutral buff or ivory grout will perfectly blend with the caramel-beige tones.
- Maintenance: Clean only with pH-neutral stone cleaners. Avoid acidic or bleach-based household products which will damage the limestone and erode the velvet finish.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
