⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing: Natural limestone must be sealed. We recommend a high-quality impregnating sealer like LTP Mattstone to protect the surface without altering the weathered appearance.
- Grout: To maintain the traditional look, use a wide grout joint (approx. 5-10mm) in a tonal colour like Limestone or Ivory.
- Layout: Because of the V3 variation and random lengths, always dry-lay tiles from multiple crates before fixing to ensure an even distribution of tones and sizes.
- Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for natural stone. Avoid acidic or abrasive household cleaners which can damage the limestone and the sealer.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
