Our splashbacks are resistant to cutting and drilling, ensuring long-lasting performance. For optimal results, we recommend using a white rapid-setting cement-based flexible adhesive combined with a latex additive or an epoxy adhesive with superfine grout. Please avoid mixing the adhesive with water.

The Arctic White variant, crafted from optical clear glass, offers a stunning visual effect, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of your space. Note that when installing tiles of different lengths side by side, variations in light penetration may cause subtle colour changes.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

•  Low hanging trees and bridges.

•  Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

•  No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

•  Unfinished tracks and roads.

•  Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

•  Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.
