Arcilla captures the sun-warmed character of traditional terracotta — the soft Rosa clay tones, the gentle shade movement, the rustic charm of a Mediterranean interior — and renders it in hardwearing porcelain. The slim 15 x 30cm rectangle is made for brickwork bonds and herringbone, bringing warmth and rhythm to walls and floors alike.
Crafted in matt porcelain, Arcilla is dense, hardwearing and needs no sealing — specified for interior walls and floors, including busy, high-traffic spaces.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive and choose a warm, tonal grout to enhance the terracotta character.
- Layout Options: Work from several boxes at once and lay with a 3mm joint to draw out the natural shade variation across the surface.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. As a porcelain, Arcilla needs no sealing and resists everyday splashes and stains.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
