Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

How do I calculate how many Alma White tiles I need?

Because these classic square tiles measure 20x20cm, you will need exactly 25 pieces to cover one square metre (m²). Simply calculate your total required square meterage for your floor or wall (we always advise adding an additional 10% for cuts and natural wastage), and multiply by 25 to find out exactly how many tiles you need to order to complete your project.

What is the style of the Alma White Tile?

This elegantly understated tile offers a timeless 20x20cm square format finished in a crisp, clean white. Designed to act as a brilliant neutral base, it pairs flawlessly with both bold, patterned tiles from the wider Alma collection and vibrant paint colours. Whether installed on a bathroom floor or used as a sleek kitchen splashback, it delivers a fresh, contemporary, and highly versatile aesthetic.

Are these porcelain tiles suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes. Crafted from high-quality porcelain, these tiles are exceptionally durable and fully suitable for both internal floors and walls. They perform brilliantly in high-traffic dry areas as well as wet zones, including kitchen splashbacks, utility room floors, bathroom walls, and shower enclosures.

Do I need to seal these tiles before grouting?

No. High-quality glazed porcelain is non-porous, meaning these tiles do not require any sealing prior to grouting or during everyday maintenance. The surface naturally protects against moisture and stains. Simply sweep or wipe them clean with warm water, a mild detergent, and a non-abrasive cloth or mop.

Installation & Care Tips

Installation & care

Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible tile adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain tiles. Pairing with a contrasting dark grout can create a striking, modern grid effect, while a matching white grout will deliver a seamless, continuous look.
Layout Options: These perfectly proportioned 20x20cm tiles offer fantastic design versatility. Install them in a classic stacked grid, an offset brick-bond, or pair them with contrasting colours for a traditional chequerboard pattern.
Cleaning: Maintain the beautiful finish easily with warm water, a mild household cleaner, and a soft cloth or mop; avoid highly abrasive pads that could dull the surface over time. Sealing is not necessary.
