Abalon Glass Mosaic Tiles
Abalon is a study in water. Five glass mosaic colourways run from the pale, almost-white blue of Celeste, through Cerulean and Azure, down into the midnight depth of Abyss — with Pewter, a soft warm grey, holding the range's neutral ground.
Glass takes colour differently to ceramic. The pigment sits within the body rather than on top of it, giving each tone a translucency that glaze cannot imitate, and a surface that shifts as you move past it. Set as 2.5cm chips on a 33.3 x 33.3cm mesh-backed sheet, Abalon will follow a curve, wrap a reveal or turn a niche cleanly. Frostproof and rated for swimming pool tanks as well as internal walls, it is as useful lining a pool as it is behind a basin or across a splashback.
Because the five colourways are drawn from a single palette, they can be blended or gradated with confidence: a wall that lightens as it rises, a band of Pewter to temper the blues, or a single colour laid plain.
