Frequently Asked Questions

Are the Original Style Wildflower tiles suitable for shower walls?

Yes. The Wildflower collection is perfectly suited for both "Dry Wall" and "Wet Wall" applications. Because they are manufactured from high-quality glazed ceramic, they are fully water-resistant and provide a stunning, highly practical surface for shower enclosures and wet rooms where traditional botanical wallpaper would quickly deteriorate.

Can I use the Wildflower collection on the floor?

No. These tiles are exclusively designed and engineered as interior wall tiles. The ceramic body and smooth matt surface glaze do not possess the structural thickness or slip resistance required to safely withstand foot traffic on residential or commercial floors.

Do these ceramic patterned tiles require sealing?

No. The glazed ceramic surface of the Wildflower tiles acts as a permanent, non-absorbent barrier against moisture, steam, and everyday household stains. They require absolutely no specialist sealing treatments before or after installation, making them exceptionally easy to maintain.

What size are the Wildflower tiles?

These tiles are supplied in a generous, large-format 60x30cm (600x300mm) rectangular size. This expansive format means fewer grout lines on your wall, which helps the delicate floral motifs flow seamlessly across your space for maximum visual impact.

How do I clean and maintain these matt tiles?

Maintenance is wonderfully straightforward. Simply wipe the surface down regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild, pH-neutral bathroom or kitchen cleaner to easily remove shower splashes, cooking grease, or everyday dust, keeping the beautiful pastel floral patterns looking completely pristine.

Untamed Countryside Inspiration

The Original Style Living Wildflower collection is specifically designed for those who wish to make a beautiful, nature-inspired statement. Because love isn't always about pristine red roses, this collection celebrates the whimsical, untamed charm of countryside wildflowers. They provide the immersive, room-wrapping impact of high-end botanical wallpaper, paired seamlessly with the unbeatable durability and moisture resistance of a premium glazed ceramic tile.

Three Floral Designs

To ensure your space perfectly captures your unique style, the Wildflower collection is available in three beautifully distinct prints. 'Gold' perfectly captures the charm of a meadow in full bloom, blending soft golden hues with natural greens to create a serene and uplifting space. 'Rose' offers a delicate floral design with perfect pink tones, adding a soft, vintage touch for a calming retreat. Finally, 'Violet' is highly delicate and full of whimsy, making it a great choice for injecting character into a kitchen or bathroom.

Exceptional British Craftsmanship

Proudly designed and manufactured in Original Style's Devon studio and factory, this collection represents the absolute pinnacle of British tile craftsmanship. Manufactured from high-quality 9mm ceramic with precision straight edges, these large-format 60x30cm tiles are completely non-porous and incredibly easy to wipe clean. They offer a highly practical, low-maintenance foundation for demanding wet environments, allowing you to enjoy the look of hand-painted floral artwork without the rigorous upkeep.
