Installation & care

  • Underlay Required: To achieve the best acoustic results and ensure the validity of your warranty, Floorify floors must be installed over an official Floorify underlay. Use the Comfort Underlay for residential spaces and upper floors, or the Performance Underlay for areas with underfloor heating or heavy commercial traffic.
  • Installation Method: Forget messy parquet glue. This floor features a tried-and-tested click system for a fast, floating installation. It can often be laid directly over existing hard floors with minor irregularities.
  • Maintenance: Routine cleaning is effortless. The anti-stain top layer means spills can simply be wiped away with standard vinyl floor cleaners. It does not require any specialist sealing or waxing.
Samples

Tone, glaze and veining can read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free; sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and is refunded on tile orders over £50 using the code emailed with your sample order. Use the sample option in the buying panel, or call our Ascot team on 01344 620211 for help comparing colour, finish and quantities.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Are these vinyl planks suitable for use in bathrooms?

Yes, absolutely. Floorify rigid vinyl floors are completely water-resistant. This makes them the perfect choice for bathrooms, kitchens, and utility rooms, allowing you to seamlessly run the same flooring throughout your home without worrying about water damage.

Do I need an underlay for Floorify planks?

Yes. For the click system to function perfectly and to validate your warranty, you must use a dedicated Floorify underlay. The Comfort Underlay is ideal for standard residential use and sound absorption, while the Performance Underlay is recommended for underfloor heating and high-traffic commercial areas.

Can this be installed over existing tiles?

Yes. Because Floorify has a strong Rigid Core, it is incredibly renovation-friendly. It is thin, sturdy, and can usually be clicked together directly over old tiles or slightly uneven surfaces without the need for extensive subfloor preparation or demolition.

Is it cold to walk on like real stone or laminate?

No. Unlike real stone, ceramic, or basic laminate, vinyl flooring takes on the ambient room temperature incredibly quickly. It is soft and warm underfoot, making it much more comfortable for bare feet.

How is it installed?

Floorify uses a highly reliable, easy-to-use click system. It is installed as a "floating floor" without the need for any glue or messy adhesives.
