A definitive standout in our Stone Effect Collection, the Ascoli Porcelain (formerly known as Tivoli) emulates rare natural travertine with incredible precision. This classic 40x40cm format features a creamy Avorio base punctuated by the soft, dappled textures characteristic of geological stone. The Satin finish provides a refined, tactile surface that is exceptionally comfortable underfoot, while the authentically tumbled edges ensure an architectural finish that is hard to distinguish from the real deal.
Crafted from 9.5mm thick high-performance porcelain, these tiles are engineered for both internal floors and walls. Because the Ascoli range is non-porous, it requires no sealing, offering a low-maintenance solution for high-traffic kitchens, boutiques, and bathrooms. With rectified precision and a V3 high shading variation, the Avorio series delivers a prestigious, lived-in aesthetic that perfectly balances traditional charm with modern functionality.

- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible porcelain tile adhesive. For wall installations, ensure the substrate is properly primed for a permanent and secure bond.
- Grout: We recommend a 2-3mm grout joint. Grout colours such as Limestone or Ivory will perfectly complement the warm Avorio tones for a seamless look.
- Cleaning: Maintain the satin surface with warm soapy water and a microfibre mop. Porcelain is non-porous and naturally resistant to the stresses of a modern home.
Samples
Tone, glaze and veining can read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free; sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and is refunded on tile orders over £50 using the code emailed with your sample order. Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
