- Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Standard grey adhesive can shadow through the white marble sections, dulling the brightness.
- Natural Variation: This product features "extreme variation" in veining and shade. This is characteristic of natural marble. We recommend mixing sheets from different boxes for a balanced look.
- Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral cleaners designed for natural stone. Avoid acidic cleaners or bleach, as these can etch the marble and potentially damage the metallic effect insets.

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
