- Suitability: Rated for Walls only. This specific 30x75cm format is made from 8mm ceramic, which is perfect for walls but not suitable for floor traffic. It is for indoor applications only.
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality, flexible cement-based wall adhesive. Always use a white adhesive for light-coloured tiles like Sand to prevent any dark shadowing showing through the glaze.
- Grout Recommendation: For a seamless, continuous look, use a coordinating warm neutral grout such as Mapei Ultracolour Plus 132 Beige 2000.
- Maintenance: The matt finish is non-porous and highly resistant to stains. Regular wiping with a neutral detergent will keep it looking pristine in bathrooms and kitchens.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
