- Suitability: Rated for both Walls and Floors. Note: The manufacturer specifies this range as non-frost resistant, so it must strictly be used for indoor applications only.
- Adhesive: Due to the large 75x75cm size, these are heavy tiles. Use a high-quality, flexible cement-based adhesive suitable for large-format porcelain. Always use a white adhesive for light-coloured tiles like Pearl to prevent any shadowing.
- Grout Recommendation: For a seamless, continuous look, use a coordinating light grey grout such as Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan.
- Maintenance: The matt finish is non-porous and highly resistant to stains. Regular sweeping and mopping with a neutral floor cleaner will keep it looking pristine.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
