⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: As this is natural marble, it is porous. You must clean and seal the tiles **before and after** grouting using a high-quality impregnating sealer (like Lithofin MN Stain Stop).
- Dry Laying: Due to the "Extreme Variation" in colour and veining, we strongly recommend dry-laying your mosaic sheets before fixing them. This allows you to balance the darker burgundy sheets with the lighter white ones for a harmonious finish.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a neutral grout such as **White** or **Moon White** to let the marble's natural colour take centre stage.
- Adhesive: Use a **White** flexible adhesive to prevent shadowing or staining through the lighter parts of the stone.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
