This collection captures the organic movement of natural stone in a warm beige palette, finished with a sophisticated Satin glaze that is as soft to the touch as it is beautiful to look at.
Crafted from rectified porcelain, these tiles offer dimensional precision, allowing for ultra-narrow 2mm grout joints regardless of the format chosen. - Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible porcelain tile adhesive. For large formats like the 60x120cm or 80x80cm, ensure full bed coverage for a secure bond.
- Grout: We recommend a 2mm grout joint. Neutral colours like Linen or Champagne will enhance the warm, sandy tones of the Beige collection.
- Cleaning: Simply maintain the satin surface with warm soapy water and a microfibre mop. Porcelain is non-porous and naturally resistant to the stresses of a modern home.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
