Product story

Three Tones, One Medallion

A three-colour Vogue: dark blue medallions, light grey shadowing and a chalk ground, printed across 298mm porcelain squares in navy, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.

Working in three tones rather than two is what gives Vogue its depth. Dark blue carries the outline of each quatrefoil medallion, light grey fills the intermediate shapes, and chalk holds everything apart. Because the drawing completes over four tiles, a laid floor produces a much larger medallion than any single tile hints at, and the two blues read as one continuous inlay.

It is 8mm thick and 298mm across in both directions, giving 0.0888m². The box quantity is six. Coverage on the supplier's data sheet is 11.11 tiles per m². Approval runs to exterior floors and exterior walls as well as interior ones, with dry floors unrestricted and wet floors shod only.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Installation & Care Tips

Installation & care

  • Adhesive & Grout: Fix on white flexible adhesive. Grout in a pale grey pitched between the chalk and the lighter blue; white joints make the ground look grubby and dark joints add a fourth tone the design does not want.
  • Layout: Lay the first four tiles as a square at the centre of the room to establish the medallion, then work outwards in quarters so that all cutting lands against the perimeter walls.
  • Cleaning: Warm water and a mild detergent. Keep abrasives and acidic cleaners away — dark glazes show every scratch and every etched mark. Seal before the grout goes on and seal once more after the grout haze has been cleaned from the tiles.
PLAN IT ONCE. KEEP IT TOGETHER.
