Vancouver Gris trades warm white for a cool, weathered grey, its soft driftwood graining shifting gently across each broad, textured board. It brings a contemporary, coastal calm to the areas that need sure footing, from a wet room floor to a poolside or a sheltered terrace.
Made in glazed porcelain with a matt, R12-rated anti-slip finish, it is frostproof and rated F3 for moderate-traffic floors — the confident, grippy choice for wet and outdoor spaces that still want a natural timber look.

For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
