A soft blanco-white stone-effect porcelain in a commanding 100 x 100cm format, from Hyperion Tiles.
Serene Blanco in this grand square is all about calm, uninterrupted space. Its pale, sun-warmed stone tone spreads across a floor or wall with barely a grout line to break it, giving even a modest room a sense of quiet luxury and light.
Made in glazed porcelain with a matt finish and rectified edges, it is frostproof and rated F4 for heavy domestic floor traffic, with R9 slip resistance. Suitable for internal walls and floors and sheltered external walls, it makes a striking choice for open-plan living.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Large-format tiles need a solid-bed, full-coverage fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive. Outdoors, specify a frost-resistant exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay in a clean stacked grid to celebrate the expansive format, and shuffle tiles from several boxes to balance the natural shade variation.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
