A soft off-white metro tile in a generous 10 x 30cm brick with a light-reflecting gloss glaze — Retro Metro South Kensington from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Named Retro for its vintage style and Metro for its iconic subway shape, this larger 10 x 30cm brick brings a warm, welcoming off-white to walls at a bolder scale. The gently undulating surface and glossy glaze bounce light beautifully around the room, giving depth and character with fewer grout lines.
Ideal for a classic horizontal brick-bond splashback or a striking herringbone feature. As a glazed ceramic wall tile it is designed for interior walls.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix to interior walls with a white flexible adhesive suitable for glazed ceramic to avoid shadowing beneath the pale glaze, using a fine 2–3mm joint.
- Layout Options: Shuffle tiles from several boxes as you lay to balance any shade variation — try brick-bond, vertical stack or herringbone.
- Cleaning: As a glazed gloss tile it needs no sealing — wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the surface.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
