A 152 x 152mm decorated ceramic tile carrying the Poppy & Wheatsheaf motif on the soft, creamy County White ground — from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.

This is the single decorated square, meant to be scattered through a field of plain County White rather than laid as a run. One in every five or nine tiles is the traditional rhythm; used sparingly it gives a wall the look of a Victorian scheme that has grown over time rather than been specified all at once.

It shares its 152 x 152mm format and 7mm body with the plain Artworks field tile, so it drops into a wall without any adjustment to the setting out. Use it above a splashback, around a fireplace, or as an occasional accent in a cloakroom.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

How are the decorated tiles supplied — individually or by the box?

Individually. They are packed five to a box, but you order the exact number of pieces your scheme needs rather than a whole box — which matters with decorated tiles, since most schemes want a precise count rather than a round one.

Will County White match across the different Artworks shapes and mouldings?

Every Artworks piece is finished in the same County White glaze, so field tiles, half tiles, mouldings, skirtings and wrapping pieces are designed to be used together. As with any glazed ceramic there can be slight variation between production batches, so we recommend ordering everything for a scheme at the same time.

Are Artworks tiles suitable for floors?

No. Artworks is a glazed ceramic wall tile, specified for internal walls only. If you would like a floor to sit alongside it, our team can suggest a porcelain or encaustic-effect tile that complements County White and carries the wear rating a floor requires.

Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a white flexible tile adhesive — a grey adhesive can shadow through a pale ground — and grout in a soft off-white or warm putty tone so the joint does not cut across the pattern.
Layout: Decide the rhythm before you start — one decorated tile in every five or nine is traditional. Dry-lay a section on the floor first; scattered accents look best deliberately spaced rather than genuinely random.
Where to use it: Original Style specify this decorated piece for dry wall use, so keep it out of shower enclosures and wet rooms unless we have confirmed otherwise for you.
Cleaning: No sealing required. Wipe with warm water and a mild detergent; avoid abrasive pads and acidic limescale removers, which will dull a decorated surface faster than a plain one.
