A gentle, natural brown wood-effect porcelain plank in a slimline 15 x 90cm format — the Origen Natural from Hyperion Tiles.
Origen Natural offers refined, natural brown tones and a soft, believable grain that shifts quietly from plank to plank. The long, slender format reads like real board flooring, lending an easy, organic calm to a room while sparing you the sealing and sanding that natural timber requires.
Crafted in glazed porcelain with a soft matt surface, it is frostproof and rated F2 for light-traffic floors — a graceful choice for internal floors and walls, and sheltered external walls.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain plank tiles. Outdoors, specify a frost-resistant exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: A staggered brick-bond with no more than a one-third offset suits long planks best, and shuffling tiles from several boxes makes the most of the V4 shade variation.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
