A three-dimensional cream concrete-effect décor tile in a tall 30 x 90cm format — the Neutra Cream Relieve Décor from Hyperion Tiles.
The Relieve Décor adds a sculpted, low-relief pattern to the calm cream concrete palette, catching the light and casting soft shadow across the wall. It is made to be the moment in a room — a headboard wall, a shower recess or a fireplace surround with real tactile presence.
Crafted in glazed ceramic with a matt, textured finish and rectified edges, it pairs seamlessly with the plain Neutra Cream field tile for a considered mix of flat and dimensional surfaces. Rated for internal walls.

- Layout Options: Use as a full feature wall or a framed panel within plain Neutra Cream, and shuffle tiles from several boxes to enjoy the V2 shading.
- Cleaning: Wipe gently with warm water and a mild cleaner, using a soft brush to lift dust from the textured surface. No sealing required.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
