- Sealing: Unlike natural marble, this is a glazed porcelain tile and does not require sealing. It is stain-proof and waterproof straight out of the box.
- Adhesive: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive suitable for large format porcelain tiles (e.g., Keraquick).
- Rectified Edges: This tile has precision-cut (rectified) edges. We recommend a narrow 2mm grout joint to maintain the seamless, slab-like appearance.
- Installation Pattern: For the best visual effect, lay these 60x120cm tiles in a standard grid or a 1/3 brick bond offset. Avoid a 50/50 brick bond to prevent lippage.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
