- Suitability: This highly durable 8mm porcelain format is fully rated for both Walls and Floors. Please note that polished tiles naturally offer less slip resistance than matt finishes, so extra care should be taken when using them on wet-area floors.
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive. We recommend using a brilliant white or pale grey grout to complement the Exigo Calacatta tone and maintain a continuous, natural marble look.
- Maintenance: This glazed porcelain tile is completely non-porous. It does not require sealing and can be easily cleaned with standard neutral floor detergents, offering zero maintenance compared to real marble surfaces.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
