Adhesive: A standard grey flexible adhesive is suitable for this darker tile, but ensure it is cement-based for best results.
Grout Recommendation:
- For a seamless look, use a medium grey grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 112 Medium Grey.
- For a crisp definition, use a lighter grey like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan.

Delivery And Returns

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

• Low hanging trees and bridges.

• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

• Unfinished tracks and roads.

• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

• Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
