A soft, honeyed tumbled marble in a classic 40.6 x 40.6cm square — Avalon Crema from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Avalon Crema wraps a room in warmth. Its creamy, sand-toned ground is threaded with gentle beige and caramel movement, while the tumbled surface and softened edges lend a mellow, timeworn character that feels instantly settled. It is the natural choice for a welcoming farmhouse kitchen, a spa-like bathroom or a sunlit hallway.
A natural quarried marble, 1.2cm thick and supplied per tile, Avalon Crema is specified for internal walls and floors — including showers, fireplaces and over underfloor heating — and should be sealed to keep it looking its best.

⚠ Marble Care & Installation
- Seal before and after grouting: Marble is porous — apply a quality impregnating stone sealer before grouting and again once the grout has cured, to guard against staining and water absorption.
- Stone-safe adhesive: Fix with a flexible, stone-safe adhesive; a white adhesive keeps the pale Crema tone clean and shadow-free.
- Clean gently: Wipe with warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — never acidic or vinegar-based products, which etch and dull natural marble.
- Blend the boxes: Shuffle tiles from several boxes as you lay so the natural veining and tone fall evenly across the surface.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
