⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: Natural marble is porous and susceptible to staining. It must be sealed before and after grouting. We recommend a high-quality impregnator like Lithofin MN Stainstop to protect the stone.
- Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Standard grey adhesive can shadow through the white marble, dulling its natural brightness.
- Natural Variation: This product features "extreme variation" in veining and shade. Small chips on the edges are also characteristic of this stone type and are not considered defects. We recommend mixing sheets from different boxes for a balanced look.
- Weight: If installing on a wall, please ensure your substrate can support the weight of natural stone mosaic sheets (approx 1cm thick).

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
