⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: Marble is a porous natural stone. It must be sealed to prevent staining from water, oils, and makeup. We recommend sealing once before grouting and once after grouting with a high-quality impregnator (like Lithofin MN Stainstop).
- Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Standard grey adhesive can shadow through the white marble, dulling its crisp appearance.
- Natural Variation: As a natural product, expect "extreme variation" in veining and shade. Small chips on the edges are also characteristic of this stone type. We strongly recommend mixing tiles from different boxes during installation to create a balanced blend.
- Layout Time: Installing small 5x20cm tiles, especially in herringbone, is time-consuming. Ensure your tiler allows adequate time for this precision work.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
