⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Fragility: Pencil mouldings are thin (1.4cm) natural stone. Handle with extreme care. Always order 10-15% extra to account for cuts and accidental breakage during installation.
- Sealing is Critical: Black marble is prone to "etching" (dull spots) from acids. It must be sealed before and after grouting with a high-quality impregnator to maintain its deep colour.
- Mitred Corners: For external corners, the pencil should be mitre-cut at 45 degrees using a precision wet cutter to create a neat, seamless turn.
- Cleaning: Never use acidic cleaners (bleach, vinegar, lemon) on black marble. Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
