HOW TO RETURN GOODS
To ensure smooth returns, all items must have prior authorisation and a designated returns number. This unique number should be prominently displayed on all parcels, containers, and pallets. It is your responsibility to manage the return of products via your chosen courier or by delivering them to our warehouse. Your cooperation is appreciated.
PACKING YOUR RETURN
To protect fragile tiles, make sure to pack them securely. Take a photo before pickup to address any carrier issues. Clearly display the returns number on packages, crates, and pallets. If your delivery gets damaged, we'll offer photo evidence to help with your courier claim.

Returns are only accepted for complete orders. To initiate the process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving or collecting the delivery, with a restocking fee of 20% to 30% depending on specific terms. For additional details, feel free to reach out to us.
