Frequently Asked Questions

samples and receive them within 2-3 working days with no credit
card required.

Yes, we deliver nationwide
Delivery charges may vary for remote areas.
What's the difference between porcelain and ceramic tiles?
Porcelain is denser, more durable, and virtually waterproof
(<0.5% water absorption), making it ideal for bathrooms and wet rooms.
Ceramic is more porous (3-8% absorption) and better suited for walls
and low-moisture areas.
How do I calculate how many tiles I need?
Measure your room's length × width in meters to get square meters.
Then multiply by the number of tiles per m² for your chosen tile size.
Add 10-15% for wastage. Use our tile calculator for accuracy.
Can I use natural stone tiles in my bathroom?
Yes, but natural stone requires sealing to prevent water damage
and staining. Granite and slate work well; marble and limestone need
more maintenance. Porcelain stone-effect tiles offer the look without
the maintenance.
Do you price match?
Yes, it will match the price of their delivered rate.
