- Installation Method: This T&G board is versatile. It can be floated (glued joints) over underlay, nailed to a wooden subfloor, or fully bonded to the screed.
- Underfloor Heating: Fully compatible with UFH systems. To ensure maximum stability and heat efficiency, the glue-down method is required.
- Acclimatisation: Please allow the packs to acclimatise in the room of installation for 3-4 days prior to fitting.
- Cut Lengths: Packs may contain some "cut lengths" (shorter boards). These are vital for starting/ending rows and staggering joints for a professional, random look.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
