- Installation Method: This T&G board is versatile: float it over underlay (glued joints), nail it to a timber subfloor, or fully stick it down to the screed.
- Underfloor Heating: Compatible with UFH. To ensure the best board stability and heat transfer, we strictly recommend the glue-down method.
- Acclimatisation: Ensure the unopened packs are stored flat in the room of installation for 3-4 days prior to fitting.
- Cut Lengths: Packs include "cut lengths" (shorter boards). These are essential for starting/ending rows and creating a natural, staggered joint pattern.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
