It acts as the defining edge that separates the decorative centre from the plain outer border (usually Patisserie Dark or Blanco). Crafted from **high-quality porcelain**, it offers the authentic look of traditional encaustic cement but is completely non-porous, requiring no sealing and offering superior resistance to stains and wear in busy hallways and kitchens.

- Layout Planning: Creating a "rug" requires careful planning. Start by determining the size of your central panel (Sucre 1), then calculate the linear metres of border required. Don't forget to order 4 x Sucre Corner tiles for the 90-degree turns!
- Grout Width: A 3mm grout joint is recommended to keep the pattern flow consistent.
- Batch Matching: Slight tonal variations can occur between batches. Ensure you buy your Border, Corner, and Field tiles at the same time and dry lay them to ensure a good match.
- No Sealing: This is porcelain, so no sealant is required. Just grout and go!

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
