- Handling: Due to the large 120cm length, we recommend two people for lifting and installation. Back-buttering the tile is essential for full adhesion.
- No Sealing Needed: This is a glazed porcelain product. It is non-porous and requires **no sealing** or specialist cleaning products.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a **White** or **Very Light Grey** grout to blend seamlessly with the tile, enhancing the monolithic effect. A 3mm joint is recommended.
- Levelling: For a perfect finish, use a tile levelling system (clips and wedges) to ensure a perfectly flat surface with no lippage.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
