⚠️ Important Installation & Care

Sealing is Essential: Because this tile has a genuine crackle glaze, the surface is slightly porous. You must seal the tiles with a high-quality impregnator before grouting to prevent grout pigment from staining the cracks, and again after installation to make them watertight.
Grout Colour: We recommend testing a small area if using dark grout, as the pigments can highlight the crazing more intensely than desired.
Wet Areas: Suitable for shower walls provided they are correctly sealed and maintained. Not suitable for wet room floors.

• Unfinished tracks and roads.

• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

• Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
