⚠️ Important Installation & Care
- Sealing is Essential: Because this tile has a genuine crackle glaze, the surface is slightly porous. You must seal the tiles with a high-quality impregnator before grouting to prevent grout pigment from staining the cracks, and again after installation to make them watertight.
- Grout Colour: We recommend testing a small area if using dark grout, as the pigments can highlight the crazing more intensely than desired.
- Wet Areas: Suitable for shower walls provided they are correctly sealed and maintained. Not suitable for wet room floors.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
