⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: Quarry tiles are porous. They must be sealed to protect against staining. Traditionally, Boiled Linseed Oil was used to enhance the colour, but modern impregnating sealers (like Lithofin MN Stain Stop) are also excellent.
- Grout Width: A wider grout joint of **6mm** is recommended to accommodate the traditional manufacturing tolerances of quarry tiles.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a **Grey** or **Charcoal** grout, which is practical for floors and contrasts nicely with the red clay.
- Outdoor Use: Ensure tiles are laid on a solid concrete base with flexible exterior adhesive to prevent frost damage.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
