⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: Marble is porous. You must clean and seal the tiles **before and after** grouting using a premium impregnating sealer (such as Lithofin MN Stain Stop) to protect against staining.
- Dry Laying: Because of the "Extreme Variation," we strongly recommend dry-laying your tiles before fixing. Open multiple boxes and mix the tiles to balance the heavy purple veins with the lighter white sections.
- Adhesive: Always use a **White** flexible tile adhesive. Grey adhesive can shadow through the lighter, translucent parts of the marble.
- Cleaning: Never use bleach, vinegar, or acidic bathroom cleaners on marble. Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners to preserve the honed surface.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
